Travelodge by Wyndham Ozona

The host was very kind and generous with room service. It's very clean and spacious enough with good lighting. My car broke down on the highway, and the manager didn't hesitate to give me a number to a trusted mechanic. They were very understanding of the situation, and I'm very grateful for staying there. In a conversation, come to find out Davy Crockett's house is just down the street. Along with a walking distance to a small restaurant with great food also recommended by them and a monument in the park of Davy Crockett across the street. Much Obliged once again.

Positive: location and staff Negative: Dusty in places needs update

I have a service dog. I was then asked to provide certification documentation as proof of service, which is against the ADA regulations. They downgraded the room we had reserved because they then considered my service dog as a pet, also against ADA requirements. The ice machines were inoperable but we we told that we could purchase ice from the front desk. The primary lights in the room #118 were not operational. this left the bedside lamps as the only way to light the room, It was thus very dark. The pillows felt hard as cardboard. This is the worst motel I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many Wyndham and other chain motels. The person at the front desk spoke English to me, but carried a conversation with a younger male in a foreign language even though it appeared that they bo

I needed a quick, overnight stay. Check in was a breeze and the clerk, who might be the owner, was very nice. The room was clean. The AC worked great. The bed was comfy. The price was very reasonable. I most definitely got my money's worth. I very highly recommend this place.

The room was not very clean, the comote was always running, the coffee pot did not work, found dead cockroaches, appears carpet never been clean, $119.00 plus $40 for two small puppies, there was no ice to be had, no free breakfast as advertised, room was smelly. Only good thing, bed was great and no highway noise. But they do have fake advertisements.
