Travelodge by Wyndham Miles City

Updated Review (4 stars): The manager of the hotel personally reached out to resolve the issue regarding the room charge. He provided proof that the refund had been processed the same day I called, so it seems the delay was on the bank’s side. I will be following up with the bank directly. He also apologized for the miscommunication about the price difference and assured me that they will be more transparent with customers moving forward. In addition, he acknowledged and apologized for the rude attitude I experienced over the phone with another staff member. I appreciate that the manager/owner clearly cares about the business and took the initiative to address the problem in a professional way. I hope my feedback is taken into account so future guests can enjoy a smoother experience. **

Service was amazing, rooms are big and nice. The front desk was always respectful and always helpful. Recommend staying here in all of miles city!

AVOID!! Filthy place (check the photo) and they lied about breakfast being included in the room reservation. When we asked about that, they said that “the management decided to keep local businesses alive” and handed us a 50% discount vouchers for the restaurant next door. The said restaurant inflated their prices to cover up for the discount. Do yourself a favor and avoid Travelodge in general. Never had a pleasant experience with them, and this will be the last time they’ll see our money.

rooms are nice clean & cozy, there so much to do in a town as several casinos are there and there a black iron restaurant is there and as we come to stay as travelodge guys are reasonable in price and surprisingly rooms were clean !!

I had a great stay at the Travelodge by Wyndham! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The location was convenient, and it felt like good value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, reliable place to stay.
