Sleep Inn & Suites Miles City I-94

Driving back to Wisconsin from Montana.....this was my first stop. I called enroute and happily they had a room. I checked into my requested ground floor room, checked bedding, bathroom, etc. All was clean and I settled in. This place is located at the back of a road in a busy area of motels & fast food places. GPS took me to it.|Typical motel room....small refr, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, etc. My room had a single queen. I appreciated the very reasonable price! The morning breakfast buffet was the typical fare with nothing lacking. Although there are several other motels in the immediate area, I CAN recommend this one!

It starts with the incredible staff. They are most courteous,helpful ,honest, respectful, honest and consistent for 7months I been staying here for work.this is a very clean hotel. It looks , smells and feels clean. I also love the breakfast. It’s rare when everyone holds each other to she same high standards. Thank you for all you do. Sincerely Charles Axtell

Tonight's stay was a miss. Stayed here several times before and we were very happy with everything. This time though, the elevator is broken (and has been for 3 weeks, apparently) - which we only heard about when we checked in. I don't know whether those that make the decisions didn't consider (or care?) what the LACK of *proactive communications* with customers -about the broken elevator- would have, ... but those with bulky/heavy luggage or customers who can't walk stairs, are presented with nearly insurmountable difficulties. All rooms on the first floor were gone when we checked in, so we ended storing our 2 gigantic truck sized totes in the office overnight. (After unloading and reshuffling contents in the lobby for everyone to enjoy, and making 5 trips upstairs.) This was a "a lot of

This is a nice enough hotel very convenient to the interstate if you're traveling through Miles City. The hotel options in Miles City are limited, and this one seems like the best of the bunch. The room was in okay condition but have some signs of wear. The vent in the bathroom was visibly dirty. Staff were polite. Breakfast was basic but quality of food was acceptable. The elevator does not work, and you can see from previous reviews that it's been out for quite a while. We were not informed of this beforehand, and though taking the stairs was not a problem for us, it might be for some people.

Beautiful well kept hotel. Rooms are large, beds are super comfy, entire hotel was very clean. The pool is smaller but nice and warm. The staff was great so friendly and helpful. Have to say I was impressed. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Miles City.
