Travelodge by Wyndham Guernsey

Should not be open till remodeling is done. Only one there n I understand why. One entrance at back, no registration desk...you check in at the laundry room, had to ask for shower curtain, refrigerator didn't work n was replaced. Remotes for tv didn't work. Ashley n another woman were great at getting everything fixed but basically this hotel is not ready to be open n very hard to find.

I travel 26 a lot and wished I stayed here in the past. In my opinion, it is a great value and you can bring food to refrigerate and/or cook. A reasonable gas station (with pizza) is in walking distance and the city has benches along the N Platte River.

Dirty rooms. Mold. Your sheets may or may not have been washed. Fridge in room was broken.

I ended up here after maxing out my HOS. There's no real reason for regular travelers to stop here. Mostly populated by BNSF rail employees. I think i was intentionally bunked away from the genpop, but i slept well and comfortably after a nice dip in a deep 80s style bathtub.

This motel has recently converted to Wyndham. It is essentially a railroad bunkhouse, still populated by BNSF railroad employees who travel and stay overnight. The room was small but adequate. ||There is no front desk. There is a computer to check in at the door to the laundry. The employees there did not know how to check us in, because the person who did know left at 5PM and wouldn't be back until Monday morning (this was Friday).||The employees in the laundry on Saturday morning, of course, did not know how to check us out. I told them that I knew that but had to return the key (a real key). ||This is a huge motel. We liked the railroad feel. There was a huge kitchen, books to trade, big TVs in lounge areas, and other funky stuff. We did feel like we were invading personal spa
