We were 2 guys on a motorcycle trip. Just needed a decent reasonably clean night's sleep.. Sheets stained and dirty, bathroom unsafe without hazmat suit. Went to unwind our payment but clerk was not at station. Getting cold and dark and we left anyway for a 25 mile trip to an alternate hotel.|Contacted them next day and requested a refund or at least partial. He promised to "talk to owner" and get back in touch. They have since ghosted me without response.|Would not stay there under any circumstances

Please don't stay here. They are absolute crooks. Will not return a phone call to dispute charges and continuously lied. Owner and desk are extremely rude. Rooms are disgusting, full of mold, bugs, and trash. AC will not cool the room, but blows mold spores everywhere. Paid for two nights, and couldn't get through the first night. Tried to get refunded for the night we did not stay, but the hotel management won't pick up their phone, or respond to emails/texts. Charged an extra $28 for an extra person for both nights. Out $500+ and had the worst experience. Read the reviews and stay away.

if your ever in need a place to stay. I suggest you sleep in your car. I was there to umpire at Cooperstown dreams park. If I ever go back I would rather sleep at the Cooperstown site. I have been to Cooperstown 5 times to umpire at this was by far the worst place I have come across air conditioner wasn't cold (dirty filter), bathroom sink and tub clogged sprayed bed down with Lysol again sleep in your car is a step up from this place so bad. The pictures they show on the website is not what you see when you get there never again

The worse an experience I ever had. I would give this hotel 0 stars. Filthy rooms, rude personal. People, don't select this hotel ever even if you need to spend there one night! They don't have necessary things such a fridge, towels are dirty, pillowcases are strange in color. Horrible!

Horrible. The best thing I can say is that the bug I found in my bed wasn't a bed bug... oh and I arrived in the rain and it didn't rain inside! The Owner/manager/desk clerk made unreasonable (actually illegal) requests and inquiries regarding my service animal - we always select "pet friendly hotels for this reason - we're not trying to make anyone's life difficult here. it's a cheap option in the area, but seriously it's not worth it, drive a few more minutes to a more standard spot or go to the nice place in town.
