Positive: na Negative: room access was via key not card, any former resident could have made a copy, door appeared to have been kicked in and not repaired, hung crooked and the outside was visible, as a single women traveling alone I did not feel safe

We were frankly not expecting much because this motel is not in a very good part of town, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was immaculate, freshly painted, sparkling bathroom, quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the temperature was just right. We will definitely stay here again. There is a nice big TV, fridge, and microwave. Almost no road noise or next door neighbor noise. It looks like new owners or staff that have worked very hard to really fix up the place.

Good, clean room. Comfortable bed. Great rates! I only needed one night's stay, but the room is set up for multiple nights, even a week or two. Would stay here again.

So we show up, having reserved Fri and Sat. Their reservation, they say, but won't show me is for Thurs Fri. I say "Oh there has been an error, can I just change it since the place is pretty empty?" ||||"No."||||WHAT? You are empty!||||"Only if I charge you 85 a night instead of the rate that you were quoted."||||"But tonight I still have a reservation for so I'll pay that amount tonight and I am happy to pay the 85 for the other night."||||"No, 85 for both nights. We cancelled you for today."||||"Did you call me?"||||"No."||||I went to the car and told my husband. He goes in with me and he tries again, the same tactics of explaining and asking politely. Nothing. FInally I say, "That's okay, I'm going to go to yelp and all the other review sites. Seems to be that if you had customers sitti

Ok first the pros. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly and attentive. Great rates for long term weekly stays. Room looks remodeled carpet no stains, room smells pleasant. Overall great for the price. Cons: needs more electrical outlets. Internet not very good. TV cable in and out. That's about it.
