Positive: The front desk people Negative: The bed spread and curtains had holes. The shower temperature was cold. It would fluctuate making it very frustrating.

We travel fairly often and rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I felt it was important to share our experience. We booked this hotel based on glowing reviews and nice photos online, but the reality was very different. The property is noticeably run-down, located in a rough area of town, and the interior smelled dirty and musty. When we entered our room, it smelled strongly of air freshener, as if someone had tried to mask odors instead of actually cleaning. The room looked nothing like the renovated photos on the website. The floors and baseboards were covered in dirt and grime, the bedsheets had hair on them, and the desk was sticky. I asked the front desk if we could move to a clean room, but they said they were fully booked due to conferences in

Wife and I with our dog.|Front desk was nice and accommodating|Our first room , smelled like cat pee… and we were upgraded to a better room. |In that room we found the kitchenette trash full of what looked like : chicken dinner from the past guest.?|Bed was comfortable , Sheets were clean but had older stains. And toilet stains.|Parking lot was well lit and felt secure|Breakfast looked better than most hotels , the coffee not so much.. maybe a better brand of coffee would help.|Cleaning seemed to be their low point.||Booked direct with hotel cost me $135, to find out later Expedia charges all in $120.|Winter pricing .. got what I paid for I guess.

We stayed here for it close proximity to the NPJ volleyball rec center and it accepts pets with $25 fee. The room was clean and updated. Continental breakfast was nice, waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. Staff were polite and friendly. There is a pool, no hot tub. The only negatives I had were, parking was tight. There is other parking in the old Costco parking lot but I didn’t feel really safe using it, as there is homeless camps on the other side in the fields. And my room has a door that Connected to another room, and it might as well of been a curtain. I could hear the people next door loud as day late into the night. Over all it was a good stay. Will definitely continue staying here. There is a Dennys across the street, Walmart across the main drag, that has a Panda Expres

Do not leave any valuables in or on your vehicle in parking lot. We had two very nice road bikes on a rack double locked. They were stolen. Cut both cables. So be smart and possibly look at some other location. The service was marginal. Got reservations wrong on first call. Had to spend a lot of time on hold with customer service. Really hard to talk with someone at the actual hotel. Rooms were generally nice, clean and pretty quiet.
