No shower, no bathroom, no keypad for the code to use the laundry so not sure how we would get in. Traffic noise all night, nothing to the park for 45$+ tax. Also the cancellation policy is 30 days notice or no refund. Wouldn’t stay again. Random people were dumping trash in the trash cans and they were very full. Nothing to see here, it’s just a parking spot. 25kwh per night or charges are added.

Entrance not marked & gps takes you to the wrong location. Hwy noise. Looks like they are making improvements. Road is full of pot holes. There’s a homeless looking Rv with junk all around plus they’re barking do & No office on location to report. $53.00 fhu

First off they sent emails and texts alerts often over the nine months. From the time I booked the site. They called to confirm I was coming the day of the stay. (An overnight only) Check in is 1:00pm, they called at 10am. I arrived at 2:45pm. While I’m setting up. They called again wanting to know if I was coming. Yes I’m in the middle of setting up. I plug into electric, but only one leg of 50 amp working. To get the AC’s on I plugged into empty site beside me. I call them to advise them of problem. I was informed it was Okay to stay hooked up to other site. Just get finished setting up. Sit down to relax. I get another call from them. They asked me to log on and accept terms or verbally accept over phone. So I verbally accept. After accepting I am informed the if I use more than 25kwh’s

The only good thing is the affordable price. When we arrived there was someone in our assigned spot. It was after 3pm and no one was in the office so we left messages on every phone number we could find until we got a call back and were told to move into the one open spot they had. The gravel wasn’t graded and/or hadn’t settled yet so we got stuck and had to dig ourselves out. The spot was insanely unlevel, the worst we’ve experienced in our year of full time travel. We used every single block we had to get it as close to level as we could. Glass all over by the dumpster. There were two sewer connections for the spot. What a dump. I pulled up and nobody was at the office. No upgrades have been made as advertised. I called and called trying to register and got no answer so I left and went somewhere else. An hour and a half later the guy decides to call me and I told him I wasn't staying there and I intend to get my money back even if I have to call the better Business bureau. Whoever runs that place needs to do some serious soul-searching and decide if they want to be in the RV park business. They are failing miserably. Their current guests all live there permanently. There are dogs running loose and trash strewn around and the spot I was supposed to get had no power or anything else. Complete waste.
