TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tulsa North/Owasso

I would NEVER stay at ths facility ever again!! I had my jewelry stolen from our room. The staff would not confess to stealing it and I feel as though the GM could care less about it. He is very in cooperative about the whole thing. The police are involved. STAY AWAY FROM THE HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

Let me preface my review by stating, I would never stay at this hotel ever again. We have another hotel that we normally stay at and will stay there next time! The first night we arrived pretty late after driving for several hours. The hotel had a musty smell (lobby, elevator and our room). All of the knobs and hard surfaces had stuck on grime on them, a tear in the carpet. I cleaned everything before going to bed! A bug fell from the light above the sink that night, then in the morning a bug was crawling in the same sink. Went and bought bug spray and Lysol wipes in the morning. In the morning I reported to the front desk who comped the first night and switched our rooms (after 2:30pm), allowing me to look at the room before. While the staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful the hotel itself was disappointing. One night I found 1 wasp in my room, the lady at the front desk was kind enough to come with a broom and got rid of it. The next night I found around 7-10 more in the room, on the rug, and in the window sill. That night I was offered to change rooms. My main complaint is that after having found wasps in my room 2 nights in a row management was not even capable of giving me a call to see if I was ok. I complained to corporate and they said they reached out to the hotel as well. It is now December and I still have not heard from anyone with any offer of anything for my inconvenience. The front desk staff was friendly. Kathleen was extremely helpful and nice. The maid service was perfect. My bed was very sift & comfortable. Room was clean and had all amenities. I never heard anyone coming or going. It was really nice experience. Only fault....the pool wasn't warm enough for me LOL

Destrye helped accommodate us for a conference room after some last min business meeting plans changed. What a wonderful personality and credible customer service! Great location. Will be back
