Comfort Inn Owasso - Tulsa

I really loved my visit! I loved the room! Great price and so clean! I love that they have an indoor pool, laundry area and the computer area is a nice plus! The breakfast was good and decent for being complimentary. The staff was very friendly as well and helpful.

We were rather disappointed in most of the stay. The air conditioner was difficult to adjust so that it stayed where we wanted it. The front desk person on Saturday morning barely cracked a smile, but instead appeared to be bugged that we should comment on the sour taste of the milk in the container marked "Whole Milk." When I presented him a short list of the issues in the room (desk chair would not stay elevated, putting us at eye-level with the desk surface, and the unadjustable a/c) he said nothing, and glared at me. I told him I wrote those down to make it easier to remember. In the next two days, the sign on the front desk counter never moved, which read "Welcome! I had to step away from the front desk momentarily but will be returning within 15 minutes. If you are needing immediate

Positive: "" Negative: Zero breakfast at 6am as advertised. Elevator on it's last leg. Very noisy hotel, could hear the neighbors every conversation. No one at front desk in the morning.

Very disappointed…have been coming here since it was brand new but it has deteriorated a lot. Many things in need of attention & repair. The locks on the room door were not installed properly so I could not lock my door. They did move me to another room. Bedding was stained …totally disgusting. I slept on top of the covers with my jacket on. Hairdryer was missing. Electricity in bath worked but not well…difficulty getting my dryer to stay on. Went to breakfast only to find my room key would not open my room upon returning to my room. Waited at the desk along with 2 other people for a good 1/2 hour trying to get my key reprogrammed so I could open my door. The desk clerk had “stepped away” so the sign said. Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that we couldn’t get rid of, even after trying to make coffee and using air freshener. The elevator also had a concerning mechanical or electrical smell, which made us uncomfortable enough to use the stairs for the rest of our stay. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan was poorly secured—held up by tape—which did not inspire confidence. Additionally, the blankets had noticeable stains in multiple areas. Overall, the condition of the room and facilities fell far below expectations.
