TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sierra Vista

Our stay at TownePlace Suites was wonderful—a true home away from home. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, and fridge, perfect for families staying a few days or months. The pool is clean and inviting, and free breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet but still close to Sierra Vista Mall. The outdoor seating, patio, and grill make it a great spot to relax and enjoy the mountain views. The AC can be a little unpredictable, and coffee varies, but overall, this is by far one of the best places to stay in Sierra Vista—highly recommended for families!

This hotel does not disappoint. The Marriott standards are well respected. I know it is marketed as a 2-start property, but the Marriott standards earn it at least 3-stars in my book. Sonia the manager is responsive, kind, and professional. Lee at the front desk is friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Very comfortable hotel! The little details made our stay an excellent experience - like the closet organizer, iron, ironing board, clock, hair dryer, plenty of shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. The small kitchen was clean, functional and well stocked. I love that there were items we could borrow from the hotel for our use - blender, umbrellas, etc. Reliable and strong WiFi. The included breakfast had enough variety to make everyone in our family happy and the woman who was working the week we were there was always friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again!

Overall, the hotel and its services exceeded expectations. They offer everything needed to support both business and leisure stays, including access to a fax machine, printing services, and a convenient breakfast each morning. It truly feels like a one-stop shop. The quality of service is impeccable, and the entire staff does an excellent job ensuring each stay is comfortable and seamless.

We travel to this location every three months to visit our daughter and family. The staff is AMAZING. Everyone remembers us and so kindly asks how our new granddaughter is doing. The rooms are clean, breakfast good and location is perfect. The only downfall is the mattresses. My husband and I barely sleep when there as they are so uncomfortable. The staff is why we keep returning but if the mattresses are not replaced soon we will have to look elsewhere as we come from the east coast so the time change and jet lag requires decent sleep.
