May 15, 2024 My friend Tamar & I are both Combat Veterans. I was an Army Combat / Flight Medic & She was an Air Force Security Officer. We have lived off-grid, in an RV, for the past 5 years because we love our peace & quiet. During that time, we visited over 15 deserts in California, Arizona, & New Mexico. After all the traveling, we were looking for somewhere dry, warm, safe, & friendly, to "relocate" & settle down. Google told us about Mountain Vista & when we 1st spoke to Christina in June of 2023, we knew this was the place for us!! She made every bit of the "move-in" process, easier than falling in love! OMG! I can't even begin to tell you how warm, friendly, & helpful every one has been! From Christina & the on-site maintenance staff (Lee & Richard) to the RV & Mobile Home

Friendly, easy to communicate with, neighbors kept to themselves and were polite. quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. Affordable. Stayed here for months and would come back again!

I moved in here last September and I have been really impressed with Christina and the maintenance man. They respond right away to any questions or concerns I have. I have only had to request help with the bulb going out over my porch, not bad. It is very clean, quiet and friendly.

The folks at Mountain Vista made our winter stay a real pleasure. We we not experienced RV'ers, and had a travel trailer that we had recently purchased in order to snowbird in Sierra Vista from Colorado. We had a couple of problems early on with the RV, and Christina and Lee responded quickly to get us some help in fixing the problems. We ended up having a great winter visit, and will be back again next year. Thank you Christina and Lee!
