Hampton Inn Sierra Vista

Our room was clean. The staff was nice. We stayed 5 days and wasn't bothered by anyone. We had breakfast every morning. They'd change it up every morning always Waffles. And other options biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs scrambled or omlet, boiled, oatmeal, sausage, bacon those would change each day. But they always had food. But we ate at 8am. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. But it looked clean.

Positive: It was a quite space, and clean. Negative: The bathroom could use some attention. The shower door was broken and the wall paper needs replaced around by the toilet.

My stay was good. Although I like the hotel, I spend 10 to 20 thousand dollars a year with Hilton holtels, they charged me 75 dollars for my cat. I have never been asked to pay for my cat at any hilton hotel. I will not stay at another hilton hotel that charges diamond members for a cat. When I was leaving I saw one of the, Im guessing managers on my way out. She went out of her way to call the front desk to stop me as i was getting out of the elevator and pay for the cat. Although 75 dollars isnt alot, its the pettiness and principle. If I had known when i checked in that there was a cat fee, which i had with me, I would have canceled and went to a pet friendly hotel. Im not giving my business to petty Billionaire hotels.

Really disappointed with the pool. We traveled here and picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool for the kids. Comes to find out the pool doesn’t open until 10. After entertaining the kids until 10 we are advised that the pool will open until 11 at the earliest maybe 12 because of a chemical imbalance. Checkout is at 12. Very disappointing. No swimming today. Rooms are updated and clean. Breakfast was great for the whole family. Location is great - short drive to all eating and shopping.

We had a memorable stay here. It was quiet and in a safe area. That was important to us. We had access to whatever we wanted but it is better to plan ahead. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items they offered. They had omelets, homestyle potatoes, yogurt with granola and fruit, muffins, waffles, orange juice and fruits like apples, oranges, and bananas. They also had coffee and tea along with free cookies 🍪 between 4 pm to 6 pm. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were surprised at all the charging stations they offered to charge your electronics. That was beyond our expectations. We will definitely return to this location in the future. The staff were friendly and they use text messages to communicate with you that was easy to respond. We were sad that the pool and hot tub w
