TownePlace Suites by Marriott Prescott Valley

Hi, everything is going clean. Good condition modern. Nothing too elegant but highly functional. Breakfast was fairly good "continental buffet" style with eggs, waffles. The only complaint is that service is low and food ran out easily. A little overpriced for what you get, should be closer to $130, not $175

Great hotel. Lots of amenities. The studio rooms have a fully loaded suite with dishwasher, kitchen sink, cabinets, disposal, dishes, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, kitchen utensils & tools amd cookware, salt and pepper, paper towels. The room has a large closet, storage containers, beds, end tables with charging ports, lamps, resting chair, desk, flatscreen tv. The breakfast is great too: waffles, scrabled eggs, oatmeal, a ton of toppings options, bagels, biscuits, bread, drinks, coffee, and usually another different hot breakfast option every day. Huge breakfast dining area with lots of tables and lounge seats. Pool and hot tub are nice sized. The staff are very friendly. Very decent price for such a amenity-loaded room. Nice new option for the area. Rooms are clean and well appointed, enjoyed having the kitchen option. Excellent fitness center. Fairly basic breakfast. My room faced the parking lot and as a light sleeper I still noticed road noise from Glassford Hill Road. If staying again, I’d get a room that faced the Toyota center.

I had an excellent weekend vacation at this hotel. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Shana and she patiently answered my questions about the hotel amenities. My room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and Shana and Vincent were both very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was right across the street from a grocery store, so it was easy to get snacks. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. The staff were welcoming and kind. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. I also helped with the construction of the hotel and it was really amazing to experience the finished product.
