Hampton Inn & Suites Prescott Valley

Hotel was under construction including lobby, pool and breakfast area. This was not listed or told to us before booking. They should offer a discounted rate but didn't. Otherwise beds were comfortable large flat screen wall mounted tv and clean room. Staff was very nice.

Hotel is nice and well run. Exterior grounds are pretty and very well kept.||Interior is nice and rooms were clean. Friendly front desk staff and housekeeping as well. Looks like they need to hire some new maintenance folks though. Our closet door would not stay shut due to duck tape over magnets. Shower bar holding shower curtain was attached by someone have zero repair skills. Broken tile repaired with silicone. Just looked like shoddy repair work by some clown that didn’t care. But overall, would highly recommend the hotel for the other reasons.

We spent a week at this hotel over Thanksgiving and encountered a few issues. The front desk staff was courteous and welcoming. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I requested a room change due to the poor bed quality, but was informed that all beds are the same. Other guests I spoke with shared similar experiences. If you prioritize relaxation or a comfortable sleeping experience, I would advise against staying here. The beds are in dire need of replacement. The breakfast was mediocre, with hot food served cold and a somewhat disorganized dining area. The staff in the dining area seemed unfriendly and inattentive. Very clean, nice room. Only complaint is food was cold. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a king suite, which was a good size room with a mini kitchen area. Good dining close by and easy access to the main road for downtown Prescott. The bed we had was not the most comfortable…but we would stay there again.
