GreenTree Inn Prescott Valley

I stayed here for a multi day wrestling event and it worked well for that purpose. The location was convenient about four minutes from the Findlay Toyota Center and close to plenty of fast food options. Sharing a parking lot with a Denny’s was also convenient. The room was clean and felt well maintained. The carpet smelled freshly cleaned, and everything felt safe and orderly. The bed and pillows were very soft, which may or may not suit everyone. It’s clearly a no-frills, budget motel, but it was well kept and met expectations for the price.

So i didn't want to complain to the manager so I approached the woman who prepared the breakfast. She made me feel like i put the hair in the food myself. She said she couldn't see the hair. I was like okay guess ill go to the front desk. She was so rude as well. She told me how I didn't need to bring it to her. After the woman who prepared it acted like it wasn't in my food. I figured it was good to show her. I said did you hear me? She didn't even She said yes. Sad when you dont care about your job. It shows how miserable you really are being at work. Good thing is I dont have to come back! You do... so with that being said. My life will only better knowing I womt come back here. Im sure some of the staff is good.

Positive: What I liked the most about Greentree? Was Robin being so flexible and letting me come down to pay for my room daily since I work overnights. I only stayed for one night. Due to serious problems caused by the hotel, I had to cancel my second night's stay. These problems included: (Please describe in detail: hygiene issues, malfunctioning facilities, safety hazards, unpleasant odors, discrepancies between room information and actual conditions, etc.) Despite my attempts to communicate directly with the hotel staff to resolve these issues, the hotel refused to provide any reasonable solutions or compensation. Therefore, I was forced to end my stay prematurely. They said I had to cancel my reservation 24 hours in advance, but this was not stated in the booking terms. They said they would charge for one night regardless of the reason, which I understand, but it's completely unacceptable that I couldn't get a refund for the secon

clean and quiet, mildly pricey but what hotel isn't - I have OCD and get paranoid really easily and the 3 seperate locks, thick walls, and low-to-the-ground doors helped settle the feeling
