We stayed here for 2 nights and could not have been happier. The location was great, it was close to the action but also away from the main road so it was quiet. The river walk was right behind the hotel. The pool looked really nice, wish it was the summer so we could have used it. All staff were very nice. Breakfast was good, and the room was spotless and big for a family of 4. Brand new hotel as well.

I would give this hotel 10 stars without hesitation. It is exceptionally beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is outstanding, and there was absolutely no noise during our stay. Usually, in most hotels, you can hear noise coming from other rooms, but that was not the case here. It was incredibly peaceful. The hotel is truly lovely stylish, elegant, and luxurious. I deeply value comfort when I travel, and this hotel absolutely delivers. The bed is spectacular, every detail is carefully thought out, the bathroom is spotless, and everything feels refined and well maintained. The only minor point I would mention is the breakfast. This hotel was not in the middle of all the action but it was definitely more quiet. The hotel was clean and the rooms were a great size with kitchenette. There is a nice pool area, dog area, and outside grills. There is a free breakfast. ||The staff was friendly and helpful. ||You can walk on the path by the river behind the hotel. It will lead to the Island.||I plan on staying here again in the future.

My stay at this property was excellent, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The common areas, including the lobby and hallways, were also consistently clean and orderly, which speaks well for the staff’s attention to detail. The breakfast was another strong point. It was well-presented, regularly replenished, and offered a solid variety of options. The location is ideal for anyone visiting the area. It’s just a short drive to Dollywood, making it incredibly convenient for park visits. Overall, this hotel provided a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay I would stay there again.

We happend to stay during Gianna winter storm, so we were forced to extend our stay for several days. We have our dog with us and there were no issues with this incredible pet friendly hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful, also the hotel offer hot breakfast. Good location, beside of a Food City with Starbucks.
