TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Theme Parks/Lake Buena Vista

This location has gone downhill a lot… Our room was fine but the bed had wrinkled sheets with hair in the bed, not clean. As we booked more than 1 room - the beds are old - some have a slope where your head is lower than your feet. It just seems that they aren’t looking at the important elements of the room. Loud AC’s. small tvs. Weird housekeeping stuff, beds are just thrown together. It would be nice if they reviewed the rooms and considered a higher standard. Parking is expensive. Its basically a 3 star hotel bumped up for a few elements. It was a lot nicer when it opened. Not sure what happened.

If you stay in the lobby this is a great property but once you enter the elevator it’s all over. If the lobby is five guys hamburger the rooms are abandoned diner mystery meat patties on molded buns. We were locked out due to a dead battery and the room across the hall was locked out at the same time for their second time. We went back to t front desk for lockout help and only waited 16 minutes but followed up for a chat in the app that wasn’t answered for over 12 hours. Room was not super clean with items still on the floor when we arrived. Lobby bar and grill was OK was enough but nothing exciting. Usual breakfast. Room had mold around the shower and damage to the floor and cabinets. AC cut off multiple times and was clearly set to cheap out in the worst way on cooling. Staff was friend

I stayed here for one full week and overall it was a great stay. The little kitchen in the room was a total lifesaver. I would’ve died eating restaurants for 7 days straight 😂 Being able to make breakfast, snacks, and quick meals made everything so much easier. They offer free breakfast, which is convenient but not the best 😅 It does the job. The hotel also offer free shuttle to the Disney theme parks, but I had rented a car. The location is a huge plus super close to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. They also have a swimming pool and an arcade, which was great for downtime, especially with kids. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Positive: Good breakfast options and clean Negative: I was surprised they had a parking fee of about 30 dollars a night. Didn't not see anywhere when I booked. I also paid for a two queen bed with a sofa bed, and there was no sofa bed.

NOTE - They charge $26 for the car paking per night which is via third party company (LBV TPARK). So be prepared to pay additional per night parking on top of your stay amount. It was nice stay at Towne place suites. Room was neat and clean. It had a small Kitchenette with Induction Cook Top, Refrigerator and Microwave. It had LCD TV with latest programs/on demand channels. Towels and toiletries in the bathroom were good. Pool in the center of the building was good. I would like to call out for "Elida" who was at the reception at the time when we checked in, in the evening. She was very kind and helpful. She made our check in and check out process smooth and easy. Swimming pool in the center of the hotel building is good and helped to relax in the evenings. Breakfast was good as well and
