As soon as you walk in, there's a musty moldy smell. The front desk girl was very nice, she was great! The rooms are not it. Mold on the shower ceiling, horrendous musty smell. I felt disgusting staying there. Even at $50 for my employee rate I would never stay here again. It gave motel vibes. Plus breakfast room holds like 15 ppl, SO crowded! The picture make it look better than what it actually is!

I'm a repeat visitor to this property. It's well-located near UCF and the Research Park. I like how I can check in using the app, get a mobile key, and go straight to my room. When I do need to interact with the staff, they're always very friendly and welcoming. It's a good value for the money most of the time, and free parking is such a rarity amongst the Marriott chain anymore, it's wonderful to still get free parking at this property.||The breakfast offering isn't that great, but it wasn't any trouble to just head out to First Watch nearby for a much better breakfast.||The beds are comfortable. It's rare that one hears any noise outside the room, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.||I'll stay here again when business brings me to the area.

The hotel setting is really lovely - quiet and adjacent to a wildlife pond. Ample parking and easy access to the entrance as well as a side entrance. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was super comfortable. ||The front desk people were friendly and welcoming. We stayed for two nights. If you’re traveling near UCF, book your stay here

The hotel itself was great as well as the staff. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and let us (driving from NJ to FL) check in a few hours early. The only thing is, housekeeping came once during our 1 week 2 day stay. It was up to us to put the dirty towels and linens and garbage outside the room. We had to call down to the front desk and request new towels and linens. While they offered to come up to the room, I think only coming once to replace towels and linens and kitchen items was a bit delayed. However, if you don’t care about that, it was the only bad thing I have to say about our stay. Other then that, everything else was great. Staff was super friendly said good morning to everyone, breakfast was great coffee was always filled and hot. The hotel was very clean as well as

Hotel is very nice and very affordable. Staff here is very friendly and is great at remembering faces. Makes your stay here more enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning is good and the rooms are functional as they have full kitchens in them. Always a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the Orlando area.
