TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Downtown

Beautiful hotel with bar and restaurant. Staff is what really makes the difference and they are amazing! Forgive any misspellings or titles as our visit was due to emergency visit to the hosptial but, Ramon the GM, Desiree the AGM, Nathalia the Front Desk Manager, Will ( i think that was his name).. they all were genuine in their interactions and can not thank them enough for their kindness and patience. Thank you all very much for helping us and will never forget the kindness and how you treated us as family!

Positive: The security process for taking the elevator and for parking. Negative: The front desk staff wasn't always physically available for questions. Even to checkout, I had to leave without getting a receipt because no one was around. I eventually dropped the key in a bowl that was there and hoped for the best.

We’re longtime Marriott Bonvoy members and this was our first stay in a Townplace property. We loved the concept! As a family of four, the queen/queen room was spacious, with a full kitchen and a table w/four chairs, enabling us to have dinner in one night. Great pool, wonderful (free) breakfast and a doable walk to downtown and Lake Eola. ||Also, the staff here was just exceptionally lovely. There is a sense of warmth that they brought to guests, each other, and to the hotel experience that I haven’t witnessed at most other places we’ve stayed. Kudos!

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was efficient. It’s a solid choice whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a quick trip to Orlando. We stayed at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Downtown. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean and kitchen was pretty well stocked with kitchen necessities. It is directly across from a hospital but it was quiet. There is a nice complimentary breakfast set up that offers a range of options.
