TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs

We needed a nice Pet-Friendly place to stay for Two Nights in Hot Springs, AR, and TownePlace Suites by Marriott, was just perfect for us and our "fuzzy children"!!! Our room was in the best location, first room on ground floor next to the lobby, and easy access to outdoors, which excited our Labrador grewtly!!! Our King Size bed was extremely comfortable, huge floor to ceiling windows which were low enough for our Yorkie to see out, nice couch and ottoman, roomy bathroom with extra large shower, kitchenette which included 5ft tall refrigerator/freezer, & roomy sink with GARBAGE DISPOSAL 😲!!! The kitchen also included a huge microwave, countertop stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, lots of cabinet space & drawers which were furnished with dishes, pots and pans, dish towels, cleaning

My wife and I stayed at the Townplace Suites in Arkansas August 15th - 17th. Upon checking into our room, the room was very hot and the thermostat was set to 60 degrees temperature. However the thermostate was not operating correctly as a result of showing that it had a dead battery and needed to be replaced. We. contacted the front desk and made the hotel aware of the problem, in which we were told that the maintenance man would address it on Saturday. On Saturday morning my wife and I left the hotel for 3-4 hours and returned in the afternoon. Upon returning to our room, we found that our door was left open, with the bead bolt out, preventing the door from closing. At first I initially thought that house keeping or maintenance was currently in the room, until I opened the door and found

Positive: Loved at front who welcomed us! Very clean hotel at a good location. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and a 10 with a light comforter. Loved the moving table. Great price for the value! Negative: One more rolling chair is needed in the room.

Extremely friendly staff. Went above and beyond for me. The experience with seen your name on the TV screen is a really nice touch. My only negative is, that the curtain in my room was damaged, so completely closing it wasn't possible. And the walls are very thin. I could hear the entire conversation in the room next to me. And when the guests in the room next to me would take a shower and reuse the restrooms you can hear that plain as day.

I truly enjoyed my 2-week stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hot Springs. The location is perfect — very central and close to downtown, the casino, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and everything you might need during your visit. A special thank you to Nadjia, Mickey, Alona, Adriene, and the entire staff for being so welcoming and attentive. Upon my request, the breakfast team was very accommodating and worked with me to allow early access to a small breakfast selection so I could eat before sunrise during my Ramadan fast, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a great business stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hot Springs.
