Watkins Rv Park

My husband worked in Hot Springs for about 8 months and this park was his home away from home and he couldn’t have picked a more perfect place! I visited a lot and we enjoyed the quiet and beautiful serenity of this Rv park! To be honest, we have been to a lot of Rv parks around the United States and this is at the very top of our list! Also, you couldn’t ask for a better owner, Monty is not just the owner but, my husband said he is a lifetime friend and we will be back soon and often. Thanks for everything Monty you are the best!!! We highly recommend this Rv park it just the best of the best…

Stayed here for a week. Monty, the owner, was great! Genuine, very helpful and brought us homemade wine! A great simple place, quiet and serene. Don't miss it!

Was driving and saw a sign 'RV spots for rent'. Gave the guy a call and he came right over to meet me. Pleasant, polite, and helpful. Secured a spot, cash only here. All gravel, 9 slots, 50a elec was included in rent, and the price was right. We stayed 5 months as we were moving to the area and preparing our property. There is only 1 sewered lot which is why only 4 stars however there is a dump station. A few of the slots are permanent residents. The place is quiet and clean and the owner, Monty, responds quickly if there is any problem, or if you even need advice about Hot Springs and/or directions. All in all, we were lucky to find this park. It absolutely helped us in our transition of moving to Arkansas. Our stay was May thru Sept 2024. Thanks Monty, you have a nice little place

We needed a basic parking spot for 5 weeks with hookups. We had all we needed. Mr. Watkins is a nice man whose word is his bond. Not a fancy place but quiet, peaceful, and safe This park provided all we needed at an amazing price! Will recommend to our friends. Wonderful stay.

Monty was amazing. He personally met us at the park and helped back us in and set up and level our rig. He had some great restaurant suggestions for dinner and breakfast. Monty’s local knowledge of the area was invaluable. He offered lots of suggestions to make our stay in Hot Springs a memorable one. I would stay here at Watkins RV Park again in a heartbeat, was a value all the way around.
