TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bowie Town Center

The rooms were fine, well maintained but the management and front desk were totally clueless on their compound.||The spring break brought many kids, and you couldn't use the fitness room as the room was taken over by preparing teen and teen agers...over 8-9 kids in a small 3 machines fitness room.||All night doors banging in hallways.||You couldn't sleep at this place. Horrible quality of sleep. ||The motel had security on-site, and they had to be advised a few times during my stay.||Then, a security car was parked on site.||From all these things, I determined that the neighborhood is questionable. ||I have rarely had such a poor and uncivilized experience at a Marriott property. This is part of a franchise and very poorly managed despite discounts on 3rd party sites. ||I would not recomme

Safe. Quiet. Secure. Where do I begin. I have been a Marriott Bonvoy rewards member for 7 years and Towneplace suites has become my "go to" usually staying in Linthicum Heights when visiting the D.M.V BUT THIS TOWNEPLACE IN BOWIE HAS TAKEN THE CAKE. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF AND CLEAN. I cannot thank the staff here enough for helping this bumpy ride of a move to the D.M.V so comforting. They were totally welcoming of myself, my daughter and our registered service dogs, our 2 carts of luggage and cranky tired moods from the moment we stepped foot inside, just hours before the epic "winter storm" started. OMGosh ... This place was extremely nice! I felt like I was actually still at home. Comfortable bed, comfortable room, all the required plug-ins I needed and the kitchenette was perfect. Very clean, nicely maintained. Shower (as compared to my other recent hotel stays) is a bit older, still the tub/shower combo with curtain. Most hotels are going to the shower tray floor and glass doors. Having said that, it was still very functional. Water pressure excellent. I stayed on the 4th floor facing the parking lot, it was fairly very quiet (except for a loud elevator bell ding)! Breakfast area nicely stocked and kept fresh with the hot foods. Ample parking in the lot, conveniently located at Bowie Towne Ctr, so close to shopping & eating. Front desk staff was helpful with business center needs. Room was clean, spacious. Hotel does not have double beds, but the sofa converts to pull out bed but doesnt leave much space once extended.. Kitchen was supplied with all needs & kept food cold or frozen. Ease of access to the building. Building felt secure. Shower water pressure in room 226 was ample & the water stayed hot. Checking in was fast & efficient. Didn't try the breakfast bc it was too early but they had hot & cold options.

If you're looking for a quaint and cozy hotel that's kind of hidden away from all the business. You have the right hotel. Please choose this Marriott town place suites. It's an excellent place to stay. What I like is that the rooms are almost like either a loft, apartment or like a studio apartment. It's very cozy. It's extremely clean. I like the kitchen that they have. And it feels like your own apartment or like you're at home or living in a condominium. Whoever owns this one has done a great. Job and thinking about making people feel like they have the comforts of home.
