Hampton Inn Bowie

I’ve stayed here before, so when I needed a room for a quick day trip, I chose to book again. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kyle at the front desk. He welcomed me and my service dog with a genuine smile and outstanding professionalism. His demeanor was warm, respectful, and efficient - the kind of service that immediately sets the tone for a great stay. Employees like him are the reason guests return. During Black History Month especially, it’s important to recognize excellence - and Kyle represents that excellence. His customer service skills, attitude, and attention to detail deserve acknowledgment and advancement. The room was clean, I had no issues, and the breakfast was better than what I’ve experienced at some more upscale Hiltons. I would definitely stay here again.

The booking in was fast and pleasant, I love the ground floor, I smiled when the receptionist said I'm sorry but only the ground floor is ready, Mind you I got there 40 minutes before my check-in time. They are text-savvy, the rooms are clean, and complimentary breakfast. Don't go there thinking you are in a 5-star hotel. For me overall it is a great place to stay.

Positive: Nothing. Very dirty Negative: The bathroom sink was backed up and they didn’t come to fix it after several reporting. There was mold in the room and the hotel was full so we couldn’t change room

Excellent stay from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The manager, I believe her name is Shendora was able to assist me with my concerns regarding the snow storm and not being able to get food. The hotel went above and beyond by serving the guests lunch and dinner - which did not need to be done. Everyone was friendly and ensured the guests were comfortable during this time.
