My daughter woke up wanting pancakes. We go downstairs to the bistro and find they don’t offer pancakes, but the general manager offered to make my daughter pancakes anyway! She was so happy (And they were great!) nice room. nice hotel. service was fantastic!

If you’ll be in and out this is a great hotel, if not… find somewhere else. My couch was dirty and torn up. You could literally see multiple rips down to the cushion. My sheets were dirty. I checked in late so I didn’t do my full check before finally getting in around 2am but when I woke I was certainly disappointed to realize I had slept in dirty sheets. I mentioned it to them via the app and their response was casual when I arrived the front desk agent was no where to be found. I didn’t even sleep there the second night, I just came showered and packed to leave. Someone was kind enough to give me 10,000 of the 45,000 points I spent to stay there but in my honest opinion it was not enough. Location was great, rooms were clean, spacious and nicely decorated but what stood out the most was the service in this hotel. From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff here were fantastic!

Positive: I like how clean the hotel was and our room. I like how nice the front desk ladies were to me. Negative: I wish they had free breakfast

The night manager Mike is incredible. He loves his job and is great with customers. We discussed the EV charging stations, which he said he did not have much experience. I used it and came back to give him info about how they worked. He was truly interested and knowing about them for future customers. All employees we friendly and accommodating. I have visited this location several times over the years and it is my favorite locating in Maryland. I have family in the new apartments across the lake. I will be staying here again!
