I stayed here for 1 night on the way to Arizona. It is in a nice location with many restaurants around it. The room was clean and comfortable. The heaters worked well and actually turned off when not heating the room, which is nice. The breakfast had a nice assortment of food. I would stay here again.

We stayed here because there was a Tesla Destination Charger. It was confusing because the Marriott website states they have EV charging for $0.10/kwh which is a great price. We inquired about that when we arrived and the staff had no clue. Only 2 of 6 destination chargers were online, they are Tesla powered so we plugged in and started charging and it said it was $0.31/kwh which is still a good price but isn't $0.10 as Marriott is advertising on the hotel listing. We had a long drive ahead and told it to go to 100% but the charger shut down at 80% even though there were no warnings about it being an busy charger and no one else tried to use it. But at 80% ours shut off and they all became unavailable. We managed to get 34kwh before they all shut down but we were not charged in the Tesl

My daughter and I encountered multiple SAFETY and CLEANLINESS issues in our room (413) . We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta and chose this location because it was a Marriott affiliate location and we felt that this location would be safe, clean, and reasonably priced. THIS LOCATION HAS MULTIPLE SAFETY ISSUES, including a heavy 3 drawer nightstand that was not anchored to the wall. The heavy nightstand fell forward onto my arm and bruised it. The bruise was bad enough that now, over 17 days later, it is still healing. EXPOSED CARPET TACKS ( nails) that I stepped on with my bare feet. CLUMPS of unknown HAIR on the carpet corners and a random unknown hair under my daughter’s pillow that we found the day we were checking out. The THERMOSTAT was not working efficiently and my daughter was e

After an almost 12 hour trip, I was looking forward to getting to our hotel. We were only six hours from our final destination, so we planned to stop in Albuquerque to rest up for the final leg of the trip. We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Upon entering our room, you could see how clean it was. Everything was neatly set up. We have two smaller kids, a 5 y/o and a child under one, so having a hotel room with two rooms made a huge difference. We were also happy that the staff not only brought in a crib for us, but set it up for us as well. It helped us get settled that much faster. I am definitely staying here next time when we visit Albuquerque!

My mom and I stayed for International Ballon Fiesta for 6 days. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and nice. However, our stay did not remain consistent with the initial greeting we received. First, we noticed a musky and odd aroma, which was very pungent in the room. We hoped this aroma would dissipate once the air conditioning started to run, but the smell lingered. By the third night, we realized that the smell could be mold that was growing under the carpet, as we were getting symptoms of mold exposure. We have also been experiencing mold exposure symptoms such as constant sneezing, runny noses, bloody noses, headaches. Regardless of the thermostat being set, the room struggled to stay at the “set temperature”. Second, the nightstand dresser in bet
