Quiet place but the female manager is rude.

I have lived in worse and I have lived in better areas, this park sits in the middle and after living here since 2016, I agree/disagree with most of the comments posted. • The managers hours of service are not functional to the needs of the tenants and possible future tenants. Sylvia is available via cell and does her best to accommodate a person needs but nothing beats the face to face service required to satisfy a tenant need. Management needs to extend her hours. 2 STARS • It always seems the water lines have to be maintained more than usual and has to be shut-off. This is frustrating and an inconvenience to the tenants. I rented here for almost a year. I was on the lease. I moved to Tucson. Because the manager of Town and Country refused to acknowledge a request from a prospective leaser I was homeless. People of this type should not be in charge of anything. ,,For shame Lori or Sylvia.

I just moved in about a month ago and I love this park. The park manager is very friendly and helpful, and is very kind. Very family friendly neighborhood. And the $ is right. Everyone I've met has been very nice and welcoming to a new neighbor.
