Hampton Inn & Suites Ridgecrest

Although the exterior of the building looks slightly old, the room was fully renovated and very comfortable. The high ceiling made the room feel spacious and open. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean—much cleaner than many other hotels. The front desk staff were very friendly during both check-in and check-out. At check-in, we were given individually wrapped cookies, and at check-out, a simple breakfast was thoughtfully prepared in a paper bag for guests who missed the hotel breakfast. This level of care really stood out. The breakfast was also well prepared with a good variety of warm dishes, making for a very enjoyable morning.

My family and I stayed there. Katherine was the front desk agent who checked us in. She was very nice and even recommended a nice family restaurant. My family and I will definitely be coming back and staying here again.||Great job Katherine!!!!!!!

Very clean , comfortable and friendly hotel. Breakfast selection was terrific - even had red velvet waffles for Velentines Day. Highly recommend!

We were very tired and wife made a reservation but she didn't realize that we were already 75 miles north of their location in lone pine headed to Mammoth lakes. Ro top it off there's was no reservations anywhere in the 3 uociming towns due to events and had no choice than to drive all the way. Front desk was very helpful to make the reservation but also very helpful to get us in contact with the managers email so they can refund our error. Sent email with hopes of getting credit card charges off as there was no way we could stay there and due to short notice at 9pm it was non-refundable. Pamela the manager responded the following day and she was more than understanding and gave us a refund. THANK YOU PAMELA AND TO YOUR TEAM.

Not bad - hotel clean, room spacious. Shower was a bit lacking - shower head was small and didn't have a great stream. Water luke warm in the evening, hot in the morning. Had issues with digital key, had to get card. Staff was great & very kind. Location was great! Sidewalks to walk & 3 mins from the base. Good food choices nearby. I'd stay again. Just a bummer about the shower.
