I wish all front desk people were as pleasant as Rosie! She was so nice and patient with all the questions I asked. She was also considerate enough to switch me to the first floor without being asked because she saw it would be hard for me to go up the stairs. Being away from home is always hard but she gave my stay a great start. Thank you Rosie! I also like that the fridge in my room was bigger than a mini and had separate freezer and fridge areas.
Stay far away from this hotel. Worst experience I have ever had. Our room smelled horrible, I mentioned it to the front desk when I asked if they had anything to freshen the room, they said they were sorry and offered air freshener which was not effective. The carpet was stained and disgusting. The towels are thin and it’s difficult to get soap out of the dispenser. The pillows were so bad that I woke up with a sore neck. I responded to a survey that evening that the room smelled and they did nothing about it. We could not leave fast enough, I did tell the staff at checkout it was the worse place I have ever stayed and why
Positive: Convenient to go to Death Valley. Negative: We wish there is more items for breakfast.
My husband and I got married yesterday 10/25/25 and booked your Flight Deck room for $500.00 for our reception. First and foremost, my husband, myself, and lots of family have agreed that this Red Roof Inn is the nicest one we have ever been to! It is clearly well taken care of and has plenty of amenities. We were thoroughly impressed by your courtyard. Upon stepping outside it has a beautiful taken care of water fountain. It has nice seating for the smokers, a CLEAN heated pool, and a semi private area with a BBQ! We actually regret not bringing our swimsuits lol but we know we have the chance for a future stay. Speaking of staying, we had used our "Johnson Wedding Party/Reception" for a nice discount for our family. Debbie had shown my mother and I your "bridal suite." My husband and I
Very nice hotel in Ridgecrest within easy distance to hospital and restaurants. Rooms are older but immaculate. The lobby is updated, very spacious, welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Would definitely recommend.
