Town & Country Motel

For 40$ a night this punched above it's weight. Its still a roadside motel. Room has a particular smell and bed had some stains but no bugs,hardwood floors,full fridge,a stove and garbage disposal and a walk in tile shower. Overall I can't complain.

I had the previdge of finding this wonderful motel. The price was exactly what I needed and they were clean and amazing rooms. I was visiting my hubby and I had the pleasure of running into my very dear friend that has broke down in the town. I finally called him on Facebook and asked where he was. He stayed at this hotel. I asked him which hotel, after we finally convinced him that I was really there. And he looked out the office window and saw us. He was so relieved to see familiar faces and he stayed with me that night. But, while there, he received bad news that his father was not going to be with t8for much longer. After many failed attempts to get him home to spend a few days of his dad's life, the owners heard his deliema, and took him to the airport an hour and a half away. Also

The room at this very simple, no frills motel was very clean. No bugs, no stains, everything worked just fine. The sheets were very soft, new mattress, no carpet! So you could tell the floor was clean. Microwave and fridge, good sized TV. I stayed in room 102. Toilet bowl looked new, bath was spotless. The owners were friendly, kind hearted good people and recommended a place to eat. Total gem for the price! You never know with these mom and pop type places but this mom and pop are doing a fine job.

The T & C is a fair value at around $55 + tax on a Wednesday in April 2025. Everything is rough around the edges, but it's fine where it matters: clean and no bugs. The Wifi worked ok. If you care about particulars: some of the towels were stained, the bath mat had holes in it, and the retiled shower area wasn't sloped properly, so it drained poorly. The bathroom didn't have a fan and the window wouldn't open, so you're stuck with your smells. The parking lot is gravel, not paved. The fine, loose gravel meant that backing my motorcycle into a spot was a chore.

I'm stationed here in Fort Stockton due to work. Motels are quite outrageous on price around here due to the oil industry.|This is among one of the better priced motels available. Running around $450 to $500 per week. The rooms are small. But I guess they are ok. It's extremely hot around here. 100° to 106° each day.|One complaint : They are bad about cutting your AC if during the day. However, if thou tell them what time your due in each day. They will turn the AC back on and it's not too bad when you arrive each day.|Overall you are not going to beat this place compared to the rest of the motels if you are not liking for fancy. And looking to save a few bucks$$$$.|Don't come to this place if you are looking for first class accommodations.|But over all I'm ok with it. Oh and they don't cl
