Towers Motel

This hotel is my family's home away from home. This family owned hotel is clean and very welcoming - never worry about the safety of your items because the staff is the most honest family I know - we have stayed here about 20+ years and will stay with The Towers as long as they are here. Awesome location. It is a family owned and operated business. The most friendly people in Myrtle Beach. I will never stay at the big resorts ever again. They only want your money. I had the best experience here, and i have been to Myrtle Beach many times. This is the only place i will stay when i come back. Give them a chance to earn your business. You will have a great time..

As with anyone who travels, we rely on reviews when booking a place to stay. First the good...location is great. 2 double beds on each end of the room so there is some privacy between beds. Now the not so...refrigerator is loud. The water takes forever to get warm and is inconsistent. Anyone who would use the dishes under the sink would be taking a risk. The palmetto bug that is decomposing under there is almost dust. There is no detergent to wash anything used in the kitchen, which leads me to believe nothing in it has ever been washed. We love staying in "mom and pop" places, and we have as we traveled across the country. This did not meet my expectations.

Been going here for about 15 years. Owner and his family are great! Yes, it's older and outdated. But the price and location are both great, and we have never had any issues with bugs. We sometimes have to do some extra cleaning to maybe the microwave or something like that because they are doing the best they can with the small staff they have. But the beds, towels and bathrooms are always clean! And if we do have to help out a little we don't mind because they have become like family to us. And we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

A family owned place to stay that will not disappoint. It is straight across from the beach, clean rooms, great location, and right down the street from everything you need. The owners are so friendly and will do anything to make sure your stay is all you wanted. We stay here twice a year for bike week and will continue to come for the years in the future!
