Tower Motel

Okay place to stay however don’t appreciate housekeeping coming into my room and throwing away stuff that isn’t in the garbage! That most likely means it’s not garbage! I had a receipt I needed to return something and it was on the night stand, they disposed of it and the box for an item I needed to return so now I can’t return it! I’m very angry.

A little expensive for a nice room that would be worth it if they had proper housekeepers. I walked from the bed to the bathroom and the bottom of my feet were completely black. Ok so now I'm irritated and go to looking closer and the bathroom hadn't even been cleaned. I think they just fix the bed and hung the towels. Oh and that's another thing. The face towels hanging in the restroom had been used as a cooking rag and had burn marks and greasy still. At 10:30am knocking on the door they were making sure you was leaving. I'm out no worries. Very rude man.

Terrible service started right when we got there. My wife walked in to office and lady at the counter said the computer hadn't been working and she couldn't find our reservation. After being persuaded to look harder she found it on a printer. Then she said oh you only have one night but looked again and saw it was two after my wife told her we booked for two nights. She gave us a key yes a old school key. Going to our room the key turns out to only work on knob not deadbolt. The lady had to come from office to unlock and told us they leave them locked because sometimes people come back and try to get in. I bet they make copies of keys but least dead bolt is good. Location is not the best and very close to train tracks so if your not used to that then it can be bad. The room I am happy to r

It's very clean and updated. I just left Frontier Inn and it's very dirty and smells awful. If at all possible avoid this place. They rented me a room at 175 $ a week a day later they swichted me from the front to the alley. Dirty stained stinky carpet, dirty stained towels, dirt and dust everywhere. I tried telling other customers and they got very upset at me and warned me to stop. I was just trying help. The Tower Motel is a good place.👍

One Word: Trains! 3 to be exact. Not trip killing but an annoyance. Good comfortable bed though. Good Service. Very close to restaurants. You get what you paid for
