Tombstone Territories RV Park

This park is away from all the hustle and bustle. Yet close to Tombstone and Sierra Vista. Besides only one working washer and dryer and no change machine, the sites are nice and we liked the quietness. However...we booked and paid for 4 nts. I called a wk before our arrival to change to 3 nts. When we got there, no owner around, but talked to Bob who assured us he would tell her about us having a refund coming. It's now been 3 wks, no refund. My husband has called four times, talked to Bob again, a girl took our info once and he's left 2 voice messages. Nothing!! Be very aware, that they take full payment when you make reservations.

I have been coming here for many years now. All amenities besides the laundry room remain closed since covid 2020. No clubhouse or community room, no pool, no shower house, next to no activities besides a weekly 'coffee on the porch' and a bbq food truck once a month. Factor in troublesome, unreliable, nearly non-existent wifi, snowy, fuzzy cable, ridiculously low water pressure. Park is run and maintained by volunteers who get their site in exchange for work hours. Park staff is friendly and as helpful as can be, but they aren't the owner, who is gone more than here. ||A real shame because this rv park could be a hidden gem in the Sonoran Desert. Instead, it fails.

Stayed for 1 month. Great prices. Good internet. Lots of hiking trails for the dogs. Host very nice. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is terrible water pressure.

I read the reviews and don't agree with most of them. I stayed2 nights and had to come home due to an illness but the RV park was very clean and beautiful. Low water pressure and bad wifi but still had a good experience. The grounds keepers were great and very friendly, I don't know who or where Janet is so nothing bad to say about her. Stayed Nov 20th and 21st. Very reasonably priced.

What a fantastic trip! My family and I just got back from staying at this campground, and we're already talking about when we can go back. The place is a total gem hidden just off the freeway. The staff was super friendly, our campsite was clean and roomy, and the bathrooms were always spotless. We spent our days visiting Tombstone AZ, Kartchener caverns, hiking and our nights chilling by the campfire. It's the perfect quiet spot for a weekend getaway from Phoenix (much cooler too). We made some great memories and can't recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!
