Quail Ridge RV Resort AZ

Traveled from Central Florida in the RV for the birth of my 1st Grandson. Quail Ridge was recommended to me as a place to stay while in town. The folks are very accommodating and all the staff are so kind & friendly. Quail Ridge has everything you need on site. Clubhouse's, Bathhouse’s, 2 large dog parks, laundry and propane ! The grounds are clean & well maintained and this resort is perfectly located to all the nearby towns. As close to home away from home as you can get while on the road…… Thank You Quail Ridge RV Resort for making our stay so enjoyable !!

I thought this park was great--right up until they called and threatened me. My reservation ended yesterday morning at 11am and that was the written agreement from the time I checked in for my second month at this park. I never altered or changed it. Because their office hours overlap with my workday, I emailed in response to their balance‑due notice and simply asked whether they had an online payment option. (They do not.) Instead of replying, they called me and opened the conversation with a threat: "I WILL go down and I will file." I was taken by surprise because I have never NOT paid them. Stayed one week in April in our 32’ motor home. Great value! Level space with full hookups. Friendly staff and fellow RVers. Quiet park. Very clean restrooms and showers. Laundry facilities are fine. Plenty of books and DVDs to borrow from the office and clubhouse. Close to a Dollar General and close to Sierra Vista for churches and numerous stores for groceries, hardware, clothing, housewares, etc. It was a good base camp for our adventures to Tombstone, Bisbee, Parker Lake Canyon, and the wineries by Elgin & Sonoita. Highly recommend for a nice but “no frills” stay.

Its a shame because I think the park itself is a nice facility but unfortunately they have the wrong people running it. I get the impression that the reservation receptionists are tenants of the park and that's why making a reservation feels more like a job interview and less like people who want your business. We travel in our rig 5 months out of the year and this was by far the weirdest reservation process I have ever encountered. After answering 20 min of questions ranging from pertinent, to bazar, and sending emailed photos of our 2 year old rig(?) they never made a reservation for us after saying they had. Thank god I had enough of a bad taste in my mouth to call and confirm before I arrived or the situation would have been much worse. Took my business around the corner to Mountain V

We never know ahead what kind of park we are getting into. This one is a pleasant surprise. Nice property and pleasant employees. Enjoyed staying here for 2 nights
