I arrived 2 nights ago, and spent 9 am to 7 pm away from the property, so I did not cause all this dust and hair. I noticed the floor was dirty when I arrived, but didn't speak up. I should have! I couldn't stand it anymore and used my own swiffer (I had it because I am in the middle of moving). While mopping I discovered trash from the previous person under the bed! I'd leave but it's "non refundable".

As far as iam concern this is a scam they show you on the web 91university Ave in Irvington but when I get there he direct me to come to 101 bagarw Ave Newark when I get there it is a problem getting in the key don't work for the front door leading into living area there is no refund whatsoever they make that clear as you are booking the room this is nothing more then a scam y'all never again trust me you have a better chance at just going to a hotel or motel this air b.b with these guys here is no good trust me don't waste your time there will get you for your money

I stayed here for two days and had a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean, featuring a high-quality double bed, a TV, and a comfortable recliner sofa. I didn’t expect towels to be provided, so that was a pleasant surprise. The shared kitchen was modern, well-maintained, and equipped with a gas stove and other appliances, making it a delight to use. The living room was aesthetically pleasing, adding to the overall charm of the place. We were given a private bathroom with a lock, which added to the convenience. There was plenty of street parking available, and the location was excellent—not far from Jersey City and NYC. I truly loved my stay and would definitely return. I paid for a room and it’s not available, and no refund.. looks like scam ..
