Fidelia Room Fuchsite

I booked this apartment on Agoda app and then I saw those reviews on Google maps. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect reading those reviews, but I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. The apartment it self was very nice, everything was clean and ready for our stay. Pillows smelled like they were fresh out of the washing machine. Bathroom was clean and kitchen also. The only thing is that the neighborhood, it’s probably not the best, but we had no problem with anybody. I can definitely recommend, it is obvious that the owner improved the accommodation a lot.

The host has multiple properties, I booked the first one weeks before my trip, Upon arrival I found that he double-booked it and took me to this one, in his extremely filthy car (which is a clear indicator of his hygiene level). The house was in terrible condition, with no lock on the door, stains, a bad smell, and insects. I called Booking.com support and stepped outside to find a safer option.||||While still on the call, the host came back yelling, physically grabbing me, and trying to punch me. I had to run through the streets with all my bags while he chased me, support heard everything live.||||If I hadn’t been fit or had someone else with me it could’ve ended badly. Both properties are in a neighborhood with a high crime rate and feel extremely unsafe. One of the scariest experiences

SCAM! We booked this room and the owner never showed up but called us at 9 pm to say he had a doctors appointment. He never refunded us the money for the booking and Expedia couldn’t do anything about it. I am out of 150$ for two nights. We weren’t supposed to be charged until we got to the place and paid there but I was charged anyway without ever meeting the host. Also, we never got the code as we were supposed to.

I booked this place for an event in New York, expecting it to be a more budget-friendly option. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that the savings weren’t worth it, and the experience left much to be desired.||Right from check-in, there were issues. After only a few hours in my room, the owner knocked on my door, visibly upset and apparently reacting to a negative review he believed I had written. When I extended my hand in greeting, he ignored it, launching instead into a tense confrontation, prepared to evict me without even verifying if I was responsible for the review. It was an uncomfortable, unprofessional start, especially given I’d barely had time to settle in.||The property itself was disappointing. The stairway leading in was dirty, though the room itself was fairly clean. H

Literal drug house. Disgusting and unsafe. Homeless people and prostitutes all over outside asking for money. ||Window to room was broken and had cardboard taped over it.
