The rooms are big and good for people traveling with pets. The beds need to be upgraded, not good at all. The staff were friendly. The breakfast isn't worth your time, only packaged muffins and cereal.

Location is in the middle of the action, if that is were you want to be! The rooms and hotel look freshly updated compared to most PF hotels. I used booking.com and got a room against the road and it was very noisy all night but to no fault of the hotel. Room was facing a nice creek and they do allow pets.

This hotel strikes the perfect balance between peaceful surroundings and a prime location. We loved hearing the sound of the creek from our balcony each evening after exploring downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms were spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and check-in was a breeze. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend Quality Inn Creekside for couples and families alike!

This place is great for the location. It's located near The Island so we were able to walk there. Everything was very clean and nice. We had a room on the 3rd floor, and there was an elevator for people who aren't able to climb the stairs. The TV in our room didn't work, but it wasn't a big issue, because we didn't stay indoors very long, other than to sleep mostly. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would give 5 but it's not technically what ppl would consider. But for the price and location you can't go wrong. We stayed in a hot tub cabin room and it was newly remodeled. It was very clean. Pet friendly which is big as our dog is our family. I also have teenagers so try to avoid hotels/resorts as they can be loud. The rooms must be sound proof cuz going up and down stairs was loud in the room and no complaints. I wanted to do a review as there's not many recent and they older ones aren't that good. Rustic looking not old!! Our room also had no smell like other reviews mentioned. And our floors were clean. I tested by only wearing socks. Normal.
