PLEASE READ CREEPY NEIGHBOR!!!!. okay so let me for real honest about this place. We stayed in cabin #1 with the Jacuzzi tub was so perfectish, definitely a cute romantic spot just close enough to a town to enjoy different types of food and activities but far enough away to feel peaceful quiet of no people. Things here didn't work like the fireplace or oven (the burners worked just not the oven?) but for the price we were getting that was okay just be more honest or update your page more. The mattress was really comfy but as i got on the bed frame a pole pop out it was easy to put back in but maybe something worth checking when you clean. After getting rather fed up with the various booking sites that say "$100 per night!" and then tack on fee after fee after fee effectively making the nightly fee more than double that advertised, I decided to look this place up again. We stayed before and were happy then - and were happy this time too. This place has a nightly rate, clearly advertised, and then just the standard state/local tax on top of that - no surprises.||||We stayed in Cabin 7 this time, pretty much in the center of the property. Max welcomed us, ensured we had everything we needed, and was helpful throughout our stay. In September, 2024, my wife and I evacuated from Running Springs due to the Line Fire. We settled on Timberline because we thought it would be only a few days before we would be able to return home. Checked in with Pam - a wonderful woman - who offered us exceptional rates when we informed her we were evacuating, and we had a pet with us. She assisted us, as well as other evacuation folks, with warmth and was very helpful when we needed something extra. The cabin, while older construction, had all of the amenities one would associate with newer "resorts", and we felt comfortable and safe there. Pam was able to give fire updates to us multiple times as well as tips for shopping for necessities in Big Bear. We would have stayed longer, but the Big Bear area eventually had an evacuation, too

First time ever coming to big bear and honestly i absolutely loved it Micheal and Teri were so kind and welcoming to me and my family, the room was beautiful I loved the details of the blankets and lamps it’s right by the lake too which has a beautiful view in the early sunrise and sunset 10/10 experience

On October-2024, we decided, to go Big Bear, with family for 3 days I make a reservation on Hotels.com, on website says , reserve now pay on property, we have to arrive on 18 th October, but on 14 th they already charge full amount, I decide to cancel, the hotel says no, I keep reservation, when we arrive it was late around 08:30Pm,( check in time is 04:00Pm). Was freezing cold & windy, we knock the door for office, they open, they process, my card & driver license hand over the key to me, I ask them can I check the room, before go in. after I check room is so fealty, floor dirty like neve been wash , sofa fuel of hair, maybe dog or cut, heaters doesn't work at rooms, one at the living room make crazy sound, very bad place to stay. front desk lady she try to help us, I have my mom with m
