Our experience with R's Vacation Rentals in Big Bear, California, was nothing short of a nightmare. We paid over $2,000 per night expecting a luxury stay, only to be met with a poorly maintained, dirty property and a management team that was outright exploitative. From the start, things were off. The house was in dire need of maintenance, and cleanliness was questionable at best. But the real disaster began when we lost power on the first day of our stay during a freezing snowstorm. As temperatures inside the home dropped to dangerously low levels, we tried contacting the property manager, who continuously downplayed the severity of the situation. We had a great weekend with my family, Laurel and Kenny very professional, responded back quickly to our needs. The Cabin was very nice, we enjoyed the theme rooms which was great, the jaquzzi was awesome we did not have a problem, my parents enjoyed their weekend and my mother was very happy to celebrate her birthday. My dad being a US Marine he was very relaxed and enjoyed the weekend as well. Thank you again RS Reservations will be renting again from you soon!!!

My sister rented a cabin for Christmas it was very nice.
