Timberlake Lodge Hotel & Restaurant

Came here for lunch recently and can I say that the all you can eat soup and salad bar does not disappoint. They even had two flavors of chicken wings out as well. The staff was super personable and polite. Also a surprise bonus was they have new point punch card things that I can earn a free entree with. I wish more places around here did this. This is by far my lunchtime favorite place to eat.

Service: Not bad, although she tried way too hard. Lied to me about my order of red potatoes that were really golden potatoes. |Ambiance: Very comfortable, although my reserved table was not set up. |Reservation process: I had to call 4 times, listen to endless voicemail instructions, leave messages for a returned call (which never came). Answer the stupid phone…|Food: Poor. Caesar salad with no dressing; basically lettuce. T-bone: asked for medium rare, actually varied from rare to well done depending on which end I ate. Popovers: Day old, hard. Wrong potatoes: Explanation was they served me the same potatoes as the catered banquet next door. Red potatoes = red, golden potatoes = yellow. Not hard… and I’m not paying for catered food. Vegetables: Way over cooked. They were mushy. |Price: $

Me and my fiancè stay a total of 3 nights and 4 days. Room was nice. The staff were extremely disrespectful. We were treated as if we didn’t belong. There was one lady who was very kind and super helpful to us. We ordered room service and the gentleman who came to our room did an outstanding job. These are the only two good things that came out of staying with Timberlake Lodge. Not only were we disrespected by hotel staff the amount of kids running through the hallways screaming and yelling was ridiculous. Not a single staff member said anything. It was very disruptive and hard to enjoy our stay. I have a video from me sitting on the far end of my room and you can hear everything the kids were doing. I asked my 10 year old brother to be respectful when walking through the hotel but 20+ kid

There’s something about Timberlake Lodge that just feels comfortable in the best way. When I’m there DJing for Complete Weddings + Events, the space naturally shifts from relaxed dinner vibes into a packed dance floor without missing a beat. It’s a venue that makes guests feel at home while still delivering an incredible celebration.
