Timber Cove Boat Landing & Campground

We went the last weekend in September and the temperature was perfect! We arrived in the morning and it was foggy/hazy and by the time we had set up our tent, it had all burned off and was an absolutely beautiful day! We had the campsite in the corner of the drive down to the beach, called the "waterfall campsite". Its more like a stream that runs behind it and it was nice and tree filled. No picnic table, but there was a fire pit and we enjoyed the spot and the close proximity to the beach without being too close (I had young children with me). They would love to go again! The shells on the beach were a bonus and we enjoyed watching the kayaks go out in the early hours to go fishing.

Gorgeous place for ocean camping. Our spot was the middle peninsula area with cliffs on all sides. Foggy but beautiful. Pitched our tent, cooked on the campfire, & went down to the beach area many times to explore the tide pools. Stayed a few nights & had the best time. Definitely a hidden gem

Very nice place for staying, and activities... Fishing, diving, kayaking and more... Salt Point park just tree miles north, unforgettable scenery!!!

Pretty views, it’s right next to the 1 but fairly quiet. There was storm maintenance happening when I pulled in and that made things a little weird but I was impressed by how well the host handled it. Expensive but you do get plenty of amenities
