Thunderbird Motel Hillsboro

Very rude people attending customers i was yelled at, called stupid and got my ID thrown at me for asking to see to the room. I requested camera footage because this was definitely very unprofessional and unacceptable…

The location is good close to Hwy and gas/convenient store but the amenities was bad  (the hand soap)

We arrived at this motel room and when we walked in we noticed a slight odor. We noticed a large opening at the bottom of the front door. The bathroom was not clean. There was mold in the tub/shower. The toilet seat needed to be replaced because it was peeling. There was a dominos pizza card beside the bed with the TV channels on it, however when we called the pizza place, they were no longer open so what's the point I'm the advertising? We ended up with Pizza hut which was great. This place was acceptable for the short time we were there but it definitely needs updating and a more thorough cleaning crew!

I just needed shelter for me & my small puppy. The man was so rude to me. He just kept saying, "No dogs no dogs!" Shutting the window in my face. But the reason I drove from Whitney to Hillsboro is because he advertised that he accepts pets! You didn't have to be that rude! Why advertise that? I'm on low fuel, it's freezing & need shelter for the night waiting on my money to post tomorrow. Motel 6 left the light on for me 💡👍😎🎉 I recommend them!!🎯 Fido Friendly 🐾

Hair on beds, in sheets, no blanket. Sheet and cover only, lobby smells like something died. No ice machine. Towels are as hard as a rock and smell funny. No wall outlets near beds. Just one near TV. On the other hand, not too bad in that the beds were okay, toilet was clean, nice clean floors, no carpet! Spend $10 more per night and stay somewhere where they change sheets daily!
