Cottonwood Creek RV Park

I have been at Cottonwood Creek Rv Park for six years now & I just love it here. There’s a dog park that you can take your pets to run around and play. A laundry room and two bathrooms that are well maintained and clean. Free WiFi and it’s close to Cleburne, Hillsboro, & Waco.

My husband and I have been staying here since September and simply love it. It is the quietest oark we have ever visited. We have enjoyed beautiful sunsets while sitting out back at the gazebo provided by the park. The bathhouse and laundry are always clean and up to date with new washers and dryers. We would highly recommend this park for ones planning a short term or long term stay. The rates are competitive with the area and they even have covered sites to help reduce the temperature in the heat of summer.

Have lived here FT since November 2025. Very quiet, beautiful surroundings. Managment is super attentive. If you are looking for a great place for home away from home or FT, you won’t do any better. Love this place!.

I really enjoy staying here! I’ve lived here for four years now. It’s the best RV Park in the area. You’re close to the lake but also close enough to town for shopping or to eat at a restaurants. The facilities are always clean as well as the dog park. The management and owner are super friendly and very helpful, it’s just a small friendly community. I don’t plan on ever leaving! I have lived here for over a year and I love it. The park is clean and quiet . The manager tina is very helpful and professional and keeps they park clean and orderly. The owner tom has bent over backwards helping when I had a medical emergency without them I could be homeless. #neverleaving
