Thunderbird, mobile home trailer park seems to be okay. A lot of nice people. Just need to get the POT HOLES fixed in a few spots overall C+... LIKE I SAID, NEED THE POTHOLES FIXED AND REPAIRED. THEY'RE KILLING MY CAR AND MY TRUCK AND MY MOTORCYCLE. Thank you!

This place is a joke. Potholes everywhere, cats running around breeding, and management post flyer threatening to tow people cars if they don't park within their parking space.

ROADS NEED A TON OF WORK THERES POTHOLES THE SIZE OF MY CAR. Super trashy neighborhood too even the welcome sign entering the park has graffiti on it the park management should really work on putting trash cans around or even just getting those pot holes fixed it’s terrible

Payments always changing too high,unnecessary charges, harassment is ridiculous, lot is dirty, trashy, n neglected, stray cats everywhere we get charge for 🙄. Overall place I live at isn't bad but management harassment is ridiculous n overwhelming..

Residents say mngment is nosey and the way my mind works I don't think it is normal for a power trip for a person who is receiving my money.
