B & L RV Park

After over 2 years of calling this RV park home, I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with our decision to settle here. Our little spot has become truly ours, and we've loved every moment of making it our own. Lee, the owner, is simply exceptional. He genuinely cares about his residents and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is well taken care of. You truly won't meet a nicer, more attentive guy. It's rare to find an owner who treats their park like a community rather than just a business, and that makes all the difference. The sites here are very spacious, giving you room to breathe and really settle in. The park is primarily full-timers, which creates a sense of stability and community. Probably the best park in the area. It's not the cheapest, but has the largest sites and you get more than you pay for. I have lived at the park for more than 2 years and never seen it flooded/ too muddy. Most of the visitors are long term, but there is usually a spot or two for overnighters.

Very muddy in winter, ruined lots of shoes. Some areas you definitely need 4 wheel drive .no facilities, two washers two dryers $20 a month to use laundry . Large space only plus. Electric bill extremely high he charges 5.02 kWh.

I've been here for 9 months and absolutely love it. Lee is a great person and runs the park very well. I have two kids as well and they love it here! It's been an absolute pleasure having Lee as our landlord so to speak. I will recommend B&L every single time someone needs a place to park for the night or long term.

Large spots, very quiet, and a good rate. The owner does a good job of repairing any bad spots in the road after it rains. The electric is also a good price, nowhere near the .50/kw that someone else posted. I think it was about .11/kw. There's WiFi, but it doesn't always work great. I haven't had much of a problem streaming, but the Internet is often extremely slow (I know it doesn't make sense), but Verizon did have a good signal here.
