Three Oaks Motel

Booked this place online. Got there and this place was a dump. We told them we were not staying they would not give us our money back so we lost our money and had to get another room somewhere else. Do not use this motel!!!

The room was as the pictures on booking.com showed (I booked it in person). The front desk clerk was nice enough, but seemed to not understand what I said at times. The room was affordable($80/4 person). We were able to sign in immediately.||However, the room had an odd, sickly sweet smell. we had rented the room to shower after a night kayaking trip. The towels in the bathroom were grungy and and gray. When my niece dried herself, she felt grit against her skin. My son laid down on the bed. Within 15-20 minutes, he began complaining of allergies. (My son is allergic to roaches, dogs, cats, dust mites). We dropped the keys off, drove to the 7/11 nearby for allergy meds, which my son took, then we left for home. Positive: Nothing Negative: Bed bugs and cochriches

It looks like it might be too much for the current management to maintain. Fire the maid...The room was dirty.. Shower curtain had red mold on the bottom 3 inches and was disgusting. Cockroachs came out at night with their bbs. I had to bomb everything thing I took inside. The windows would not lock as well as the screen broken..Fire the maintenance staff. The price wasn't all that great either..90$ If I could give it a negative review I would. Wi fi was horrible as well.

The pillows had black mold on them The tv is alright, the ac is alright, the shower is alright most times. The owner and family were out playing cricket in the evening and using my car as a goal post. So watch where you park. Def not worth the $90 It's where you go when you've made mistakes in life
