Hampton Inn Titusville/I-95 Kennedy Space Center

Before I address the facility itself, I want to shout from the rooftop how fortunate this hotel is to have an employee like Jeremiah working at the front desk. This young man is just a delight in every respect. He is warm and welcoming, polite and personable, well-groomed and nicely dressed, very accommodating, and a very interesting conversationalist. How rare it has been during our stays at more than 200 hotels around the world to encounter such a treasure. We would book another stay here in the future just because Jeremiah works here.||Having said that, the facility itself is also lovely - everything we have come to expect and appreciate about the Hilton brand. Pros: Staff was kind, patient and knowledgeable when available. Room was mostly clean and the hotel was quiet. Maintenance was also quick to respond to an issue with the room heating system and didn't leave a mess. Cons: Regarding the aforementioned maintenance issue, the HVAC system in the room blew cool air all night no matter the temperature setting (up to 90 degrees). Staff also seems limited; I waited about 10 minutes at the front desk before someone returned (a short line started to form behind me before people started leaving), with no bell or away sign up (I called towards the back with no answer). The hot breakfast wasn't terrible but the food options could be better.

Spent the night at Hampton Inn Titusville before boarding a cruise ship. Great location, wonderful room, excellent staff and very good breakfast!

​I am extremely disappointed with both the facility and the unprofessional management at this location. We arrived to find the hotel's systems in a "global outage" (admitted by the Area General Manager), which meant the staff was unable to sell snacks or water to my children because their "passwords weren't working. What is worse is the "Hampton Guarantee", which promises 100% satisfaction, is clearly not honored here. When I requested a refund due to these service failures as I didn't want to stay there, the Area General Manager, Kelly, sent a blunt email starting with "Denied!" She claimed the hotel was "fully functional" while simultaneously admitting to the outage. Her solution to the hotel's inability to provide basic on-site amenities was to tell me there are "stores in walking dista

I have stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns and loved them. This one however is the worse. I’ve had to move rooms a couple of times due to broken showers, moldy smell in the room, and nothing but maybe Luke warm water. They moved the time for breakfast without notice and blamed corporate. It wasn’t corporate it was the owner. The coffee has been cold at 5:30. Breakfast. Has been late and cold. The front desk lady has been just rude if you bring up any issue. It’s crazy how bad this hotel is. Do not stay here.
