Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Titusville Kennedy Space Center

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Angela Honor, General Manager, at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Titusville Kennedy Space Center.||During my stay, Verizon cell service was down for over 9 hours, leaving me without GPS, texting, email, or any way to contact my family. I had just arrived and couldn’t let them know I was safe, which was very stressful.||Angela went above and beyond to help. She took the time to check a few things on my phone with me and, even though it wasn’t normally permitted, she made an exception and allowed me to use the hotel’s landline to call my family.||This is the kind of genuine care that turns a good stay into a great one. Thank you, Angela, for your kindness and exceptional service—I am truly grateful.

A fresh, clean, and relaxing stay! I reserved this hotel through the Hotels.com app, which was incredibly easy. Check-in was a breeze, and the hotel staff was extremely polite. My room was spotless and fully stocked. A continental breakfast was provided, and it was very satisfying. Check out was fast and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, quiet, and affordable hotel in the Titusville area, with easy access to the interstate, fuel stations, and restaurants. This is the second time I have utilized this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is okay, but it does not fully meet expectations, especially considering the Marriott brand. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and generally well kept, which is a definite positive. Housekeeping is acceptable, although cleaning could be improved with more attention to detail. Unfortunately, the biggest downside is the breakfast, which was very disappointing. There were no fresh fruits, no espresso, and no table service at all. Everything was self-service and, even worse, only disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery were provided. In 2025, this is absolutely unacceptable—both from a quality and sustainability perspective. We had an overall very good stay. The staff was friendly, and very helpful in providing us extra pillows. The common areas were nicely decorated, clean and had hands-free sanitizers everywhere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing we found was the breakfast buffet, which did not have bagels, a waffle maker and eggs, like the Fairfield Inn we stayed in a few years ago in Orlando. We hope the breakfast menu will be improved soon.

Betty at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. She ensured that we had everything for an excellent stay. The rooms are great. The beds are comfortable. The mini refrigerator has a constant cooling rather than short-run cool-down button. The pool and gym were clean. Breakfast was warm and well stocked.
