Thousand Trails Timothy Lake North

Micbelle needs a chek up from the neck up. Has an attitude and no manners or cust service skillz. Bathrooms are falling apart. Seasonal.campera riding around on their golf carts w beers in their handa endagering other campers and guests meanwhile michele is looking the othwr way. The location worked well for me, close enough to shopping and restaurants and hiking. The park was typical for Thousand Trails, meaning little room between sites (not bad in the fall though) and my site was not level but it did have w/e/s. I would stay again because of the location.

This is to let anyone interested in camping here our experience. |This is just to let you members know that even retail people can get screwed. We are currently at Timothy Lake North. We decided to get away for a few days not to far from home. We choose Timothy Lake for its amenities, pool, lake for fishing and miniature golf. We were unaware that the pool is not in service at this time, it’s being redone, would have been nice to know that before we made reservations especially with the current heatwave. If we want to go swimming we have to go to Timothy Lake South a short distance away. Going to play miniature golf will probably be out of the question, the surface of the holes is damaged and it’s full of pine needles and branches! Seems they don’t keep up with maintenance on the course

Timothy lake downfall began when they bussed in urban youth for the weekend .the youth were stealing n destroying anything and had no control. This was my favorite place to camp all year round in the 1990s. After too many issues I changed to Circle M campground.

We’ve been coming here for three yrs it’s always a nice quiet place during the week. This go round I was not pleased about the assigned spots, ( they pick it) the first spot they assigned us was NO way for us to fit, and looked as if it was never used as a camp site. I called they gave us two other options one being in the front which was a no go since the park is close and we didn’t wanna hear kids early in the morning the second was in the middle of other campers which wasn’t bad just not what we pick when we come here. We usually pick an end spot that’s quiet and alone. Go back to picking your own spot or at least have the options of allowing us to pick our spot upon booking. I can’t say anything bad the bath houses as we have a travel trailer. The pool is being repaired atm, the ground
