Pocono Ridge Inn

We stayed at Pocono Ridge Inn and were fortunate enough to have Satish as our caretaker, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome. He’s one of those rare people who’s naturally friendly, professional, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Any question we had, he had an answer. Anything we needed, he took care of it before we even had to ask. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about our comfort and experience. The facility itself is also very impressive. Everything was spotless — you can tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and well maintained. We had a group stay here for the weekend retreat, and honestly, it was ABSOLUTELY the best experience I could have imagined. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean, and the grounds were gorgeous. The manager was wonderful and went out of his way to make us feel at home. If you’re looking for a special spot in the Poconos, stop searching...this is it! I loved it so much we are booking it again for next year.

I picked this inn by chance and stayed a night on my way out of town. The property manager contacted me so that he can be on site to check me when he realized that I was coming in late in the night. I appreciate his attentiveness and care. The inn has made it easy to identify its entrance in the dark. My room is clean and includes a K-cup coffee maker. It has a well equipped gym. Internet access is reliable. I plan to stay here again when I visit Shawnee in the future.

The places was amazing. The administration was fantastic. He was so attentive to us. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. High recommended. We hope to come back soon.

The place is beautiful, I was in winter and it gives you the feeling of being in a magical place, the administration is always attentive to any problem, they are very friendly and made us feel very good, the place is very clean and organized! I recommend it if you want a good experience!
